The present application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023, has been instituted for enlarging the Page No.# 2/2 petitioner Ari Amir Hussain, on bail in connection with Dispur P.S. Case No. 754/2025, U/s 127(7)/ 308 (5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that it is the informant who had come to his home for the settlement of a dispute regarding dumper owned by the petitioner. 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that Charge Sheet has already been submitted by C.S. No 75/2025, dated 30.11.2025, the petitioner has also spend 57 days in custody. The Co-accused of the case have been granted bail by order dated 23.10.2025 in Bail Application No. 3199/2025. 5. Considering the above, the prayer for bail is allowed. 6. The petitioner shall be released on bail of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kamrup (M). 7. As per the order provided that the petitioner shall participate in the trial regularly and shall not tamper with the evidence. 8. The Bail application stands allowed and accordingly, disposed of.
