GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not registering the Complaint by the respondent made by the petitioner vide information dated 30-6-2025 as Highly illegal arbitrary in violation of Article 14 And 21 Of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to conduct the investigation by registering an FIR.” 2 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint dated 10.07.2025 lodged by the Petitioner, a case has been registered. 3. For ready reference, the written instructions are extracted hereunder: “5. It is humbly submitted that on 10.07.2025 at 01.30 PM, the petitioner Rasigolla Subbarayudu, s/o Chinna Subbarayudu, resident of G.V.Satram village, Mydukur Mandal came to Mydukur U/G P.S., and gave a Telugu computerized complaint stating that on 02.06.2025 at about 06.00 PM while he was returning from Proddatur on his bike along with his nephew and reahed near newly construction NH bridge, Kaveti Muralidhar and his relatives Palleboyina Sreenivasulu Kumar, Sandhyaboyiná Ramana, Kaveti Prathap, Sandhyaboyina Kishore, Palleboyina Ramana Mohan and Sirla Ganganna attacked him with iron rod and stones and caused him injuries due to family disputes. He was admitted into the Government Hospital, Proddatur for treatment. The elders told him that there shall not be any quarrels between relatives and they will hold panchayat and arrange money due to him from the accused persons, but the accused did not heed the words of elders and again threatening him. Hence, he requested to take necessary action. 6. I submit that basing on the said complaint, I registered the case in Cr.No.282/2025 u/s 126(2), 118(1) r/w 3(5) BNS,2023 of Mydukur U/G P.S., submitted FIR copies to all the concerned Officers and took up investigation…….” 4. Sri M.Krishna Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit, recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
