3 The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has executed the works entrusted by the respondent and completed the construction of Auditorium at Sujatha Nagar as per Agreement No.122/2017- 18/EE-VI, dated
22.09.2017. it is submitted that, in all, an amount of Rs.6,21,671/- is due and payable by the respondent to the petitioner on account of completion of the aforesaid work. 2. It is submitted that, after having completed the works, the petitioner submitted the final bills, which were also approved for payment. However, no payments were forthcoming from the 4**^ respondent. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.4 and 5.
