This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant Page No.# 2/2 of regular bail to the accused/applicant, viz., Ranjit Ray in connection with Abhayapuri P.S. Case No.153/2025 registered under Section 20(B) of the NDPS Act. The allegation against the accused/applicant in the F.I.R. filed on 08.07.2025 is that 30.10 Kg. of Ganja was recovered from his possession. The learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State submits that Charge- sheet in the instant case has been filed vide Charge-Sheet No.191/2025 dated 29.09.2025. In view of the aforesaid, this instant Bail Application is closed with liberty to the accused/applicant to approach the learned Trial Court for appropriate relief.
