Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that a peremptory order was passed in WP227 No. 158 of 2025 on 18.02.2025, whereby the applicant was directed to rectify the defects pointed out by the Registry within period of one week, but due to inadvertence, same could not be rectified by the applicant within prescribed period. He would further submit that the applicant/appellant is interested in pursuing the writ petition. He would also submit that the applicant has a good case on merits. He would pray to restore WP227 No. 158 of 2025. 3.
