Petitioner draws the attention to the representation at Annexure-P. It is specifically stated that the police authorities are intervening and interfering with the rights of the petitioner. It is further asserted by the petitioner that the Superintendent of Police has made out a report to the Inspector General of Police at Annexure-E and accordingly, there is no warrant for the respondents to intervene.
