Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has paid entire electricity dues, however, 'No Dues Certificate' is not being provided to the petitioner. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Electricity Department, on instructions received by him, submits that the Department is willing to issue 'No Dues Certificate' to the petitioner. 4. In light of the submission made above, the concerned Electricity Department is directed to issue 'No Dues Certificate' to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from date. 5.
