In WP(C) No. 555/2023, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 29.01.2023, whereby the private respondent No. 6 has been proposed for appointment as Lambardar for village Keri Tehsil Khawas, District Rajouri and has also prayed for directing the officials respondents to allow him to perform his duty as Lambardar of Village Keri Tehsil Khawas, District Rajouri. In WP(C) No.3280/2023, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 08.02.2023, whereby the petitioner has been dismissed as Lambardar of Village Keri Tehsil Khawas, District Rajouri. 2. Admittedly, the petitioner has crossed the age of 63 years and, as such cannot continue as Lambardar 3. Be that as it may be, the present petition is disposed of by directing the officials respondents to conduct elections for the post of Lambardar of Village Keri Tehsil Khawas, District Rajouri within a __________ period of three months from the date of the receipt of this copy of this order. 4.
