The instant revision has been filed by the revisionist against the order dated 02.05.2022 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Kannauj in Case No. 837/12/2019, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station Tirwa, District Kannauj. 3. At he very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, however, instant revision is connected with Application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. No. 24809 of 2021 but revisionist does not want to press the instant revision as dispute between husband and wife i.e. revisionist and opposite party no.2 has been settled, therefore, by disconnecting the instant revision from the connected matter, the instant revision may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. In view of above, the instant revision is hereby disconnected with the connected matter and stands dismissed as withdrawn.
