ORAL ORDER
1. Learned AGA is directed to accept notice for respondents No.1 to 3.
2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:
1. Grant an order, direction, or writ in the nature of Certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 15.07.2023 in case No. 46-A/YEL/16/2023-24 passed by the R2 as contained in Annexure-E;
2. Grant an order, direction, or writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned notice dated 20.05.2024 issued by the R1 as contained in Annexure-F;
3. Grant an order, direction, or writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned notice dated 15.03.2025 issued by the Respondent No.1 contained in Annexure-H;

4. The Court such other order or writ or direction as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the
facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the without providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner the impugned order at Anneuxre-E and H have been passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that given ten days’ time the petitioner will submit their written objections and as also submit their oral contentions for respondent No.2 to consider and pass necessary orders.
5. Considering that the clarification sought for by the petitioner as regards the methods of calculation of the due amount at Annexure-C has not been furnished by respondent No.2. Respondent No.2 is
directed to furnish the said methodology and calculation to the petitioner within seven days from today.

6. The petitioner is granted 14 days thereafter to reply to the same. Respondent No.2 would have to provide an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass necessary orders.
7. In the above terms, the petition stands disposed of.
