Present petition has been filed for the following reliefs : (i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of 'Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 to send the requisite detailed report along with recommendation to the respondent no. 1 so that relevant orders regarding the extension of the boundaries of Nagar Panchayat Budhana might be passed within a reasonable time. (ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of 'Mandamus directing to the Respondents to take necessary actions on the basis of Govt. Order dated 31.1.2015 and 12.12.2017 for extending the boundaries of Nagar Panchayat, Budhana for the purpose of declaring it as Nagar Palika, Budhana afterwards (Annexure 2 & 7 to this writ petition). (iii) issue any other suitable order or direction as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. (iv) To award cost to the humble petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the relief prayed for cannot be granted as Nagar Panchayat, Budhana has been converted to Nagar Palika, Budhana. 3.
