Public Prosecutor, representing the State respondent. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicants in connection with PRC Case No. Page No.# 2/2 2068/2022, registered under Sections 379/411/34 of the IPC, read with Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act and read with Section 7/13 of the Assam cattle Preservation act, 2021. It is submitted that the Charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed, vide Charge-sheet No. 57/2022 dated 25.05.2022. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the accused-applicant should be granted liberty to appear before the Trial court for appropriate relief. In view of the above, the instant anticipatory bail application is closed with a liberty granted to the accused-applicant to approach the Trial Court for appropriate relief. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
