It appears that the petitioner is already on previous bail, having been sentenced to undergo 3 years R.I and the present I.A, has been preferred suspension of the sentence and allowing him to remain on previous bail. Having regard to the material available on record, it is directed that the sentence of R.I for 3 years and fine of Rs. 5,000/- shall remain suspended till disposal of the appeal and the petitioner is allowed to remain previous bail.
