2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kadma P.S. Case No. 125 of 2022 for the offences registered under sections 306 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur.
3. Petitioner is the second wife of the deceased who was found hanging in his house. It appears that several antemortem mechanical injuries were found on his person.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was arraigned as an accused after two years from the date of occurrence. He further submitted that the son and daughter from the first wife had committed murder of the deceased due to the property dispute.
5. It appears that anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was also rejected by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.
6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, her prayer for bail stands rejected.
