JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR MEDHI ORDER 26.11.2025 Heard Shri M. Hussain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Shri R. Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Shri SMT Chistie, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and Shri R.K. Talukdar, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3. The instant petition was filed alleging wilful and deliberate disobedience of an order dated 29.11.2019 passed in WP(C)/3043/2019. Both the learned counsel for the respondents have however submitted that the aspect of pension as well as GPF have been considered and released to the petitioner. In this connection, copies of the concerned communication have been placed before this Court. After perusal of the same, this Court is of the opinion that the order of this Court has been substantially complied with. Accordingly, the instant petition is closed.
