Instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner-plaintiff, impugning the order dated 31.05.2024, dismissing the application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure and seeking to transfer the Civil Suit along with the application for temporary injunction to any other Civil Court for expeditious hearing. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner states that during course of instant writ petition, some subsequent developments have taken place and in that view the writ petition is required to be amended as also few additional documents are to be placed on record, [2025:RJ-JP:3716] (2 of 2) [CW-11471/2024] hence, petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh for the same purpose. 3.
