2. Upon instruction, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 26.09.2025, the petitioner along with one family member has been able to met the detained foreign national, namely, Sukurjan Begum @ Musstt. Sukurjan at the Holding Area under 7th APBn., Charaikhola, Kokrajhar, who was taken into custody on 25.05.2025. It is also submitted that
Page No.# 3/3 the petitioner has obtained the signature of the detained foreign national in the Vakalatnama.
3. Accordingly, as the purpose of this habeas corpus petition has been achieved, the Court is inclined to close this matter without prejudice to the rights of the declared foreign national to take such steps as she may be so advised.
4. Accordingly, the matter stands disposed of.
