2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bodam P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Pawan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur.
3. On 27.06.2024 at 4.45 p.m., the Informant along with his friends were looted by eight persons near Dimna Lake.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court earlier.
5. Mrs Sushma Aind, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts.
6. In view of the submission made above, petitioner, above named, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Pawan Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur or his successor in connection with Bodam P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024.
