Raghunandan Rao) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not have any further grievance as the missing person has now been released. Learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that the police authorities are continuing to summon the missing person, to the police station frequently. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. However, the 4th respondent shall not summon the missing person to the police station unless it is by way of a written summons setting out the crime number in which the missing person is sought to be examined and the 2 provision of law under which such examination is to take place.
