2. The present petition has been filed for seeking an interim bail, on the ground that the petitioner intends to marry the victim with the consent of his family. Hence the relief of interim bail has been sought. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes.

Keeping in view, the fact that the earlier petition filed by the petitioner bearing Cr.MP(M) No. 768 of 2025 titled Rohit Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh, was dismissed by this Court on merits on 05.05.2025 and there is no change in circumstances, no case of interim bail is made out. However, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be taken in custody to VPO Bhauri, Tehsil Pachhad, District Sirmour (HP) on 01.09.2025 and thereafter, he be brought back on 03.09.2025 to the Jail under proper escort to enable him to solemnize marriage. The petitioner shall bear all the expenses of transportation, food and suitable stay to the police official accompanying him.
4. A copy of this order be sent to Jail Superintendent, Model Central Jail Nahan, District Sirmour, H.P. through FASTER, to ensure the necessary compliance.
