CWP-16195-2000 (O&M) and connected petitions -2-
Mr. H.S. Dhanda, Advocate
for respondent-FCI.
***** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (Oral)
Prayer made in the present batch of writ petitions is for directing the respondents to implement the Ishwari Prasad Committee Report with respect to Assessment of Labour as per number of working days and further to pay the revised pay scale as per Circular No. 11 of 2000.
Learned Counsel for the respondent contends that the present writ petitions have already been rendered infructuous since the cadre has been treated as dying cadre.
Counsel for the petitioner, however, contends that despite best efforts, no instructions are forthcoming from the petitioners.
It thus seems that the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the present writ petition.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also
disposed of.
