Challenge in this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is to charge sheet dated 25.02.2024 submitted in Criminal Crime No. 408 of 2024 (State vs. Jitendra) arising out of Case Crime No. 415 of 2023, under Section 420, 406, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Sasni Kotwali, District Hathras. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the application and liberty may be given to the applicants to file a bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction. 4. In view of above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to appear before court below and file an appropriate application for bail, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
