GP FOR HOME 3 The Court made the following Order: Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4th respondent at behest of 5th respondent is repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station and pressurizing the petitioner to settle the dispute with 5th respondent. It is submitted that the petitioner and the 5th respondent have some financial transactions and the police without any authority are interfering in the said civil dispute. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 3. Considering the same, the 4th respondent is hereby directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioner, without following due process of law. It is made clear that the police shall not interfere in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 5.
