Zaman, learned counsel for the accused applicants and Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Digboi P.S. Case No. 103/2025 under Section 85 of BNS, 2023. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has submitted that charge-sheet vide Charge-Sheet No. 85/2025, dated 27.06.2025, has already been submitted before the Trial Court. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the accused applicants that the next date fixed before the Trial Court is on 06.01.2025. It is seen that the accused applicants have already been granted interim pre- arrest bail by coordinate bench of this Court on 19.06.2025. In view of the aforesaid, the interim pre-arrest bail so granted earlier on 19.06.2025 is extended till 06.01.2026. In view of the above, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
