Case No. 140 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 161(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118, 329, 109 of the B.N.S. and subsequently section 103 of the B.N.S. has been added, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih. On 15.05.2025 at about 4:00 P.M., there was free fight between the accused persons and the informant party due to land dispute. It was submitted that there is case and counter case with regard to same occurrence. It was further submitted that accused persons had filed their case, prior to the present case. Mr. Sudhir Kumar Roy, learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is also alleged to have assaulted one Kalia Devi, due to which she sustained injuries. Considering the fact that that there is case and counter case with regard to same occurrence. The occurrence has taken place due to land dispute; I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Giridih, in connection with Giridih (M) P.S.
