This writ petition is filed seeking a declaration on the inaction of the police in not considering the complaint dated 31.10.2020 and also Whatsapp complaint dated 27.10.2020 for non inclusion of the name of persons as stated in the petitioner’s complaint who are trespassed into the petitioner’s sister’s property and also seeking a direction to the police to inclusive the names of the persons. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that a direction may be given to the police to look into the matter. 4 5. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout their remedy before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
