The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karon P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 298, 299, 191, 351, 352, 302, 3(5), 196(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Madhupur. 3. It was submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by learned Sessions Court itself. It was further submitted that the Bail Application of the petitioner was rejected because he had got criminal antecedent. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. 6. The petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after three months. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
