Compliance affidavit still not filed despite the fact that even the Letters Patent Appeal filed by the State stands dismissed. This Court is really appalled that an innocuous order passed in the main writ petition to decide the representation of the petitioner firstly stood agitated by way LPA by the Department and now even after the dismissal of the LPA, no compliance thereof is being done. On the request of learned Additional Advocate General, list on 11.05.2026. In case, needful in terms of the judgment passed in the case of the petitioner is not done by the said date, then, the Engineer-in-Chief of the Public Works Department shall remain present in person to demonstrate as to what is the impediment to implementing even an innocuous order as stood passed in the case of the present petitioner.
