Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Station House Officer, Giddalur Police Station, dated 28.01.2025 wherein it is stated after due investigation, the Police have filed a charge sheet vide C.C.No.466 of 2019 on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Giddalur and that the case is posted to 03.02.2025. 3. In view of the fact that a charge sheet vide C.C.No.466 of 2019 has already been filed on the file of Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Giddalur, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforementioned charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
