( 2025:JHHC:29490 ) IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No. 8164 of 2025 ------- Rafik Ansari, aged about 35 years, son of Late Maniruddin Mian, resident of village Chiradih, P.O. & P.S. Narayanpur, District Jamtara, Jharkhand. …... …. Petitioner(s) Versus The State of Jharkhand .…. …. Opp. Party -------- CORAM : HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH -------- For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Arvind Kr. Choudhary, Advocate For the State : Mr. Fahad Allam, A.P. P. -------- 02/ Dated 23.09.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2022, S.T. Case No.90 of 2025, for the offence registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamtara. On 12.04.2022 at about 02:00 a.m., dacoity was committed in the house of the informant. Accused persons looted jewelries, cash and mobile phones from there. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Jamtara, in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2022, S.T. Case No.90 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) 23rd September, 2025 BS/-
