The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the arrear of more than ₹20 lakhs is pending which the respondent no. 2 was required to pay to the petitioner herein. The learned counsel further requests that this Court may issue directions to the learned Trial Court that with whom the execution petitions are pending, to decide the matter expeditiously. 4. The learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the proceedings and pass appropriate order in the execution petitions, at the earliest. This is a digitally signed order.
