JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Judgment 23/04/2025 This writ petition seeks to challenge the notification dated 6th February 2013 and 30th August 2013 pertaining to Rajasthan Medical and Health Subordinate Service Rules, 1965, as amended vide impugned Rajasthan Medical and Health Subordinate Service (Amendment) Rules, 2013. 2. Mr. Iliyas Khan, the learned counsel for the petitioners, who has joined the Court proceedings through virtual mode, brings to the notice of the Court a decision rendered by Co-ordinate Bench in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11945/2020 by which the challenge to the aforementioned notification has already been dismissed by this Court. 3. While so, D.B.
