G RAJU 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Contempt Case, under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt Act, 1971 is filed by the petitioner for willful disobedience in obeying/complying the order dated 04.12.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19932 of 2019. 2. By an order dated 04.12.2024, this Court in W.P.No.19932 of 2019 passed an order directing the Respondents-Authorities to look into the case of the petitioner regarding his promotion apart from fixation of pay and allowances as per his entitlement, in accordance with the governing Rules and LAW, within a period a two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 3. Sri G.Raju, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.4 would submit that they have complied the order passed by this Court and the copy of the same was communicated to the petitioner, in case any grievance against the order of the respondent No.4, the petitioner can challenge that order. Learned counsel would further submit that they have not committed any contempt in implementing the order passed by this Court dated 04.12.2024 in W.P.No.19932 of 2019. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by respondent No.4. 3 5. Considering the submissions made and in compliance of orders passed by this Court, the Contempt Case is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent authorities.
