By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking direction to allow him to arrange the money and deposit the outstanding amount of the bank. 2. Reply to the writ petition indicates that land in question was put to mortgage by the petitioners for getting the agricultural loan of Rs.2,70,000/- in the year 1997 and deposited a sum of Rs.3,58,000/- and the balance amount with interest was not paid. 3. As per the reply submitted by the respondents, the total outstanding amount, at the relevant time, against the petitioners was Rs.9,04,413/-, if the petitioners are ready and willing to [2025:RJ-JP:22060] (2 of 2) [CW-10318/2016] deposit the aforesaid amount, the mortgaged property can be released. 4. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 5. If the petitioners are ready and willing to deposit the due outstanding amount, by way of filing an appropriate application before the respondents, he may do so with the request for making payment in easy installments, the respondents may consider the case of the petitioners sympathetically. 6.
