GP FOR MUNCIPAL ADMN URBAN DEV The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 20938 OF 2021 ORDER:- The Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the Respondent No.2 and 3 in interfere and obstructing the petitioner for erection of Telecommunication Infrastructure Tower (TIT) at Sy.No.339/1E, at D.No.22-5- 156/1A/C, Thimminaidupalem, Kothapalli, Tirupati, Chittoor District, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of Natural Justice and in violation of G.O.Ms.No.146, Municipal Administration and Urban Development (M2) Department, dated 19.06.2015 and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to obstruct the petitioner in proceeding with the erection of Telecommunication Infrastructure Tower (TIT) and its operation at Sy.No. 339/1E at D.No.22-5-156/1A/C, Thimminaidupalem, Kothapalli, Tirupati, Chittoor District as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Seeking withdrawal of the present Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 04.04.2025 into the Registry. 3. The said letter is placed on record. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
