This petition in the nature of Habeas Corpus was filed by the brother of the detenue with a prayer for production of detenue before this Court. [2025:RJ-JP:27143-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-251/2025] 2. The detenue was produced in Court as identified by her brother and police official concerned who are present in Court. 3. We have interacted with the detenue and she has desired to go with her brother. The brother of the detenue is also ready to take the detenue along with him. 4. Let the detenue be sent to the Sakhi One Stop Centre, and the detenue shall be free to go with her brother after complying with the requisite formalities. 5. In view of the above, no further order is called for. The petition stands disposed of. 6. A copy of this order be provided to the learned Government Advocate and a copy be also sent to the Superintendent of Sakhi One Stop Centre, for necessary compliance.
