The petitioner herein, is apprehending arrest in connection with Azara PS Case No. 87/2025, under Sections 303(2)/316(3) of the BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 4. The petitioner apprehends arrest since he had purchased some cartons of Ruchi Gold Palmolein Oil, which were suspected to be stolen material. 5. Pursuant to the interim protection granted by this Court, the petitioner had appeared before the investigating authority and had his statements recorded. The up-to-date Case Diary called for, on several occasions, thereafter, have not been received. However, since this Court finds that the petitioner had appeared before the investigating authority and had his statement recorded and also keeping in view the nature of allegations, this Court deems it fit to make the interim protection granted to the petitioner by order dated 04.08.2025, absolute. 5.
