Subsequently, the Review Medical Board also found the petitioner to be underweight and therefore, he was rejected. Thereafter, the petitioner was presented before the GMCH for medical test and it was found that he was within the permissible parameters in respect of the weight. After submissions made before this Court at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his claims before the High Court of Patna in the State of Bihar, in view of the fact that the petitioner had given his preference for medical test in Composite Hospital of the CRPF at Patna. The prayer made is allowed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal with liberty. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
