Ahmed, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Bhaskar Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state of Assam. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the petitioner Jahidul Ali @ Md. Jahidul Ali has prayed for releasing him on bail, after he was arrested in connection with Crime Branch P.S. Case No. 08/2025 corresponding to GR Case No. Page No.# 2/2 4232/2025. 3. Mr. Ahmed has submitted that today is the 90th day of detention. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 5. Considering the period of detention undergone by the petitioner in custody, the bail application is allowed. 6. It is hereby directed that the petitioner Jahidul Ali @ Md. Jahidul Ali, who was arrested in connection with Crime Branch P.S. Case No. 08/2025, shall be released on bail of ₹50,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (Metro) at Guwahati. The CD shall be returned. With the aforesaid direction, this bail application stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
