This appeal is placed before us in today’s National Lok Adalat. Mr. R. H. Dahat, leaned counsel for the appellant/Insurance Company is present on authority. Mr. G. P. Ghule, learned counsel for respondent- original claimant is present along with claimant. 3. The learned advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the matter and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article ‘X’ for the purpose of identification. 4. The appeal is disposed of in the terms of compromise terms (‘X’). 5. Both the parties submitted that the appellant/Insurance Company has deposited an amount of compensation of Rs. 8,72,724/- in this Court, out of which respondent/claimant is entitled to receive an amount of Rs. 6,05,880/-. During the pendency of the appeal, respondent no. komal kamble Page|1 2025:BHC-AUG:25764 fa 1222 2024 1/claimant has already withdrawn an amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- and now he is entitled to receive an amount of Rs. 1,05,880/- without any interest. The balance amount with accrued interest, if any, be refunded to the Insurance Company and the same shall be disbursed without any reference to this Court. 6.
