It is respectfully submitted that the averments of the complainant is tha the marriage of the complainant was performed on 18-12-2020 wit Marupudi Sunny Kiran, S/o. Krishna Rao of Chintalapudi Village as pe 1 r -- 15' the traditions and spend Rs. 10,00,000/- for performing the marriage at Dhulipalla Veerayya Chowdary Function Hall. It is also stated that, accused didn’t asked for any dowry and only said to spent for the marriage expenses. It is further stated that, A1 is working as Orthopaedic Doctor in Germany, and her in laws residing at Hyderabad. After the marriage complainant was shifted to Hyderabad for matrimonial life. On 16-07- 2022 at about 11 PM, the Accused No.1 quarrelling with her in phone then the accused A3 forced her to sign on four white papers and locked her in . it is further stated that, on 22-08-2022, the parents of the a room complainant came to her and brought to her parental house. 3. It is respectfully submitted that pending the investigation in the above said crime, due to intervention of the well-wishers on both sides the petitioners and respondent No.2 have come to an amicable settlement thereby a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made and executed on 05.12.2024 at Hyderabad between the 1®* petitioner and 2"^^ respondent herein, who are wife and husband. Keeping in view of welfare of both sides and also to avoid evil atmosphere, because both the petitioners No.1 to 3 are family members, as per the said MOU, the respondent No.2 has agreed to withdraw the case against the petitioners in the court of law and in Lok Adalat including this present case DVC No. 15/2024 on the file of Hon’ble Prl. Junior Judge Court, Ponnur. It is further submitted that Memorandum of Understanding where it has stated that 1®^ as per the petitioner and 2"^' respondent are living together happily for more than 3 months prior to date of MOU. They also agreed to take steps for getting the aforesaid case to withdrawal against the petitioners, thereby the - - present criminal petition filed seeking for the quash the case against the petitioner. It is submitted that the 1®* petitioner and 2'^'^ respondent are living together and residing at Cambodia and living the marital life happily. In view of that the petitioner and 2"^^ respondent herein executed a Power of Attorneys on 14.12.2024, accordingly this present petition is filed through their Power of Attorneys as stated above in comply the terms as mentioned in the MOU dated 05.12.2024. it is submitted that the petitioner No.1 and 2^ respondent could not present physically in the court of law by reason that at present they are residing at Cambodia and it is further submitted that they are ready and very much willing to present before this Hon’ble Court through Video conference (Virtually) in the above said case for that along with this petition the 1®‘ petitioner and 2"^ respondent filed permission petition through their Power of Attorneys before this Hon’ble Court with a prayer please to permit the 1®* petitioner and 2^^ respondent appear before this Hon’ble Court through Video Conference. 4.
