Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding to the respondent no.2 to expedite and decide the case no. 505 of 2024 Smt. Aneeta Versus Bansh Bahadur and 13 others filed under section 66 of U.P. revenue Code which pending before him for cancellation the residential lease which has been illegally approved granted on 15/02/2023 of Gata no. 249,117 resident of village Kapiya Bukaniha Grant, Tappa Akhin, Pargana Naugarh, Tehsil Soharatgarh District -Siddharth Nagar." 3. This Court is not aware of the actual pendency of the similar cases before the court below where the present proceedings are pending, therefore, no direction is issued for deciding the case in a fixed time frame. However, it is expected that since matter is pending, the same may be decided in accordance with law. 4. With these observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
