4. Today, the matter is listed on withdrawal application (IA/3/2025), whereby, the applicants want to withdraw the present C482 application.
5. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants have acquitted on 30.07.2024 after trial in Criminal Case No.14 of 2022 State Vs. Naresh Mandal and Ors., therefore, this C482 application has rendered infructuous.
6. In view of the statement made by
learned counsel for the applicants, the withdrawal application (IA/3/2025) is allowed.
7. Accordingly, the present C482 application is dismissed as withdrawn.
