JUSTICE RAJESH SEKHRI, JUDGE ORDER 10.03.2025 Petitioners, who are members of District Consumer Forum, Reasi are aggrieved of non-payment of their honourarium @ Rs. 40,000/- per month with interest, for a period of 31 months. Mr. Sumeet Bhatia, learned GA is not averse to the release of honourarium in favour of the petitioners, provided they make a representation in this respect and same is ordered to be considered in accordance with law. Having regard to the limited nature of controversy and an innocuous prayer made in the present petition, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a representation before the respondent and respondent shall consider the same and release the honourarium in favour of the Sr.No. 2 2 WP(C) No. 570/2025 petitioners, in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date copy of this order is made available.
