Case No. 226/2024, arising out of Sisai P.S. On 08.07.2024 at about 11:30 A.M., dead body of an unknown person was recovered from Nagra Gadha. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer. However, on specific query, whether there is any another material against the petitioner on the record, he replied in negative. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
