2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 6391 of 2024.
3. By the said order, the writ petition was disposed of, directing the learned respondent authorities to pass a speaking order on the representation filed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. Since the order was not complied with the Contempt Petition has been filed.
5. Notices in the contempt petition were issued as far back as dated
22.01.2025. Mr. D. Nath, the learned counsel for the Respondent, has placed before this Court today the order dated 11.02.2026, whereby a speaking order has been passed and the representation dated 18.11.2024 filed by the petitioner has been rejected. A copy of the same has been placed on record. Since the directions contained in the order 04.12.2024 passed in WP(C) No. 6391 of 2024 have ultimately culminated in the passing of the speaking order dated 11.02.2026, this Court does not consider it necessary to proceed further in the contempt petition.
6. Accordingly, the same stands closed and dismissed. Notices issued are
