The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Pandu P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 117(2), 126(2) and 109 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that false allegations are made against the petitioners to the effect that when the Nazir of the civil court has gone to execute the decree passed in Execution Case No. 06 of 2015, the petitioners along with 50 unknown persons have tried to make assault upon him. He submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners, however, the petitioners are named in the ( 2025:JHHC:28138 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 5285 of 2025 FIR. He also submits that co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No.5282 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioners were involved in the hooliganism. 5. Considering that the allegations are there against 50 unknown persons, who were present at the place of occurrence and there are general and omnibus allegations against all of them including the petitioners and one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A., I am inclined to provide the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, are hereby directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today, and in the event of their surrender/arrest, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau, in connection with Pandu P.S.
