This Court vide order dated 30.05.2025 passed in IA(Civil) No.1677/2025 had directed the Insurance Company to deposit 50% of the awarded amount before the Registry of this Court within 6 (six) weeks from the date of the said order. 3. This application has been filed praying for withdrawal of the 50% of the awarded Page No.# 3/3 amount. 4. After hearing the learned counsels of both sides, the prayer for withdrawal is allowed.
