Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Deepak Gaur, learned counsel for the respondent no.6. 2. Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 16.11.2024 as well as decision/resolution dated 18.12.2024 passed by the respondent no.6 with regard to disengagement of petitioner's services as Gram Rozgar Sewak, Gram Panchayat Dawar, Block Birdha, District Lalitpur. 3. Apart from many other grounds, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has submitted detailed reply of show cause notice dated 9.10.2024 on 19.10.2024. He further submitted that respondent authorities has passed impugned order without considering the reply of petitioner and it is only stated in impugned order that reply of petitioner is not found satisfactory. He firmly submitted that impugned order is having no reason, same is bad and liable to be set aside. 4. Being confronted by the Court, learned counsel for the respondents could not dispute the arguments so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. I have perused the impugned orders, which is having no reason accept one line that reply is not satisfactory. 5. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 16.11.2024 & resolution dated 18.12.2024 are hereby quashed and writ petition is allowed. Liberty is given to respondents to pass fresh and reasoned order in accordance with law after considering the reply of petitioner dated 19.10.2024.
