The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kathikund P.S. Case No. 16 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 309(6) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Sri Walter Bhengra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Dumka. 3. On 19.03.2025, at about 07:00 A.M., the informant was waylaid by three unknown persons near Narganj of Bagajhopa. Accused persons looted his motorcycle and mobile phone. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Dilip Kumar Pal has been granted bail by the Co- ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 5925 of 2025. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Walter Bhengra, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Dumka in connection with Kathikund P.S.
